Raspberry Ginger Punch (RGP): A blend of vodka, Raspberry Isle wine, and our house made ginger ale. Dirty Shirley: A classic Shirley Temple adulterated with vodka. Spiked Ginger: Our house made ginger ale with your spirit of choice. Café Correcto: Espresso with Empire cream, typically served hot. Add Inferno Cinnamon and/or Toasted Coconut Whiskey for a little spice. (If you want it iced, just ask. We can do that.) Spritzer: Your choice of flavoring, vodka, and N/A seltzer. Tonic & …: Polar Tonic and your choice of spirit. Tonic available in regular and diet. |

Vodka Sunset: Pineapple and orange juice, with vodka (double) and a splash of grenadine garnished with maraschino cherry. Chocolate Martini: A boozy chocolate milk made of equal parts vodka and Empire Cream with a hint of chocolate syrup. Peppermint Patty -Swap vodka for “Candy Cane”, peppermint whiskey. Tropa-Tini: Equal parts Excuse Juice pineapple and orange with Toasted Coconut whiskey. Pina Colada-Tini: Equal parts Excuse Juice pineapple and Toasted Coconut whiskey mixed with Empire cream. Kicked Up Hot Chocolate: Rich hot chocolate with your choice of spirit (Empire Cream or Candy Cane are a warming match). Peach & Fire: Sweet peach wine and inferno cinnamon whiskey lifted with seltzer-smooth, bubbly, and just a little dangerous. |
