Township 7 Brewing Company is a small craft brewery located in Dickinson Center, NY, set in the Northern foothills of the Adirondacks. Our tasting room is small, quaint and welcoming to everyone, no matter your age or background. A place to converse, hang out or reconnect with friends and family; or to meet new acquaintances. Of course, furry family members are more than welcome; however, we require that they be properly restrained due to the presence of other furry friends, children and our free-range chickens. (The chickens truly appreciate your cooperation.)
We brew premium, unfiltered, unpasteurized craft beers, hard seltzer, and ginger ale soda. Enjoy a glass or flight while visiting. Just traveling through and only have time to stop for a quick break? You are welcome to sample our brews and take some with you. We have two size growlers available to go, 32oz (2 pints) or 64oz (4 pints). Our beers are also available in various restaurants and bars throughout Northern NY. Our house-made Sugar Free Ginger Ale soda and seltzers are available in our taproom only. Our brewery is founded by Nathan Drake, who grew up on the very property we're on. The story of how we became, Nate learned to brew beer while stationed in Alaska with the USAF. Over the last 30 years he has fine-tuned his craft and recipes. Nate combined his knowledge of brewing with his degree in Food and Nutrition and an idea, Township 7 Brewing was born. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own (precooked/made) food and snacks, or order delivery from a local eatery, such as Firehouse Pizzeria. We occasionally have food trucks throughout the summer, such as Adirondack BBQ. Check the What's Happening Page or Facebook for dates and times. Entertainment will join us from time to time and will be posted on our What's Happening page as well as Facebook, so keep an eye out. Our brewery room or entire facility is available to book for meetings, celebratory events, parties, or weddings. Additionally, it is worth noting that Nate is officially ordained to officiate weddings. Give us a call during business hours (listed below) to set your date. |
